Duties and Responsibilities
1. Developing and implementing Property Management Strategies and Plans
2. Property Letting and Sales
3. Customer Database Management
4. Liaison with local authorities, and other stakeholders
5. Customer Relationship Management
6. Negotiations of Property sales
7. Explaining terms and conditions of property sale and management to customers
8. Preparation for property auctions
9. Valuations and Site visits
10. Office Administration and Records creation and management
Qualifications and Experience
1. Degree in Business Management or related Area
2. Minimum experience of 3 years at senior management level
3. Excellent organizing and administration skills
4. Excellent customer service skills
