Applications are being called for from suitably qualified candidates who are interested in joining
Baker’s Inn Manufacturing business as Quality Control Technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities
2. Job Summary
The candidate will be required to follow work instructions and complete all assigned tasks.
He/she will be responsible for the enforcement of Food Safety and Quality Management
Systems. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes
meet Quality or Regulatory Standards.


Qualifications and Experience
3. The Person
➢ HND or Degree in Environmental Science, Biology & Biochemistry, Chemistry,
Microbiology and or Food Science.
➢ Clear understanding of OSHA Safety Requirements
➢ Good Computer Skills
➢ Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
➢ Training in Basic Food Safety or Hygiene or HACCP is an added advantage.
