It is close to big & upmarket shopping centres, food courts and restaurants. It is close to Mukuvisi Woodlands and Cleveland Dam + recreational Park.The villa comprises 3 ensuite bedrooms, a modern well-equipped kitchen, dining, lounge, an outside patio area with seating to enjoy on sunny days, an outside bathroom and swimming pool.

THE SPACE
The GUEST Villa is attached to the main house on the property as a GUEST wing. It has a private entrance for easy and seamless access to the suite which is located on the front right side of the house. The Villa however has its own entrance and its own facilities which are separate and independent from the main house facilities. Rules and regulations list to be given upon arrival.
Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire GUEST villa except the backyard which has the vegetable garden. If there are more people than booked, there will be an extra cost per day. Also to note; you will share the garden with the other guests. The swimming pool is strictly for guests. Guests are allowed visitors, but they should keep them to a minimum number. Visitors can visit during the day and leave before we arm the property alarm.

This is Chiedza’s home, please treat it with the same respect you would your own.
Quiet times are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud noise or music.
Smoking or vaping of any substance is completely prohibited in the villa and in the common areas. Please smoke on the curb and away from the building. It's a non-smoking home and appreciate our guests not smoking in the suite. Guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged property of the villa and Airbnb will also be notified. Also note that no pets are allowed on the premises.
