Executive Assistant

Pay: $500/month

ABOUT OUR GROUP
We are a dynamic, diversified company managing several distinct business units spanning various
sectors of the economy - logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing. We are seeking a sharp,
commercially minded Executive PA to directly support our General Manager in steering this multi-sector
asset base.
T H E R O L E
This is not a traditional, purely administrative assistamt role. We are looking for a strategic gatekeeper
who possesses a strong background in Business Administration or Accounting. You will act as
the General Manager’s right hand, helping translate raw data from our various operating segments into
clean executive insights, preparing professional briefs, and ensuring that strategic tasks remain strictly on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Data Liaison: Collate and review weekly financial and operational metrics coming from various
business heads, flagging budget or timeline variances before they hit the GM's desk.
• Strategic Coordination: Proactively manage a complex calendar, balancing the competing demands
of multiple fast-moving corporate divisions.
• Executive Correspondence: Draft technical briefings, minutes, and presentation decks for executive
and board-level consumption.
• Operational Follow-Up: Monitor and track corporate action items assigned to various divisional
heads to guarantee timely completion.

Qualifications and Experience
• Qualifications: A Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or
a closely related commercial field.
• Financial Literacy: Comfortable navigating management accounts, spreadsheets, and operating
variance reports.
• Professional Agility: Proven experience in executive support, with a demonstrated ability to pivot
confidently between different industry workflows.
• Core Competencies: Advanced MS Excel skills, superb technical writing ability, and complete
discretion.
