Digital Media Lead

Job Description
Webdev (Pvt) Ltd, a market leader in digital solutions, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Digital Media Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing digital media strategy, sales support, and project delivery to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute digital media strategies to support company objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Optimize product offerings and pricing to enhance market competitiveness.
Implement best practices for workflow efficiency and process improvement.

Sales & Marketing Support
Collaborate with the sales team to drive client acquisition and retention.
Contribute to sales materials, including proposals, pricing structures, and marketing assets.
Support high-value client engagements and proposals.
Track and analyze marketing ROI, optimizing campaigns for better results.

Project Management & Delivery
Oversee client projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Monitor project performance and ensure client expectations are met.
Enforce proper project tracking, time management, and reporting.

Team Leadership & Performance
Supervise and support the digital media team, ensuring high productivity.
Provide training, development plans, and performance feedback.
Address staff concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure alignment with company goals and maintain high service standards.


Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Project Management certification (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing management.
Sales experience and team leadership background are advantageous.
