Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Attaché (Intern) to assist our accounting team with daily financial tasks. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management while working in a professional environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist in recording financial transactions in the accounting system.
-Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
-Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
-Help in preparing financial reports and statements.
-Organize and maintain accounting records and documents.
-Support in payroll processing and statutory payments.
-Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory management.
-Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
-Perform any other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience
-Pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks, or Sage is an advantage).
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good communication and teamwork abilities.
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
