Location Harare
A respected family investment office with a varied portfolio of investments in property, commodities, and other assets is currently looking for a proficient and seasoned Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the responsibility of offering financial assistance and maintaining the precision and trustworthiness of financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Preparing and analyzing management accounts, financial statements, reports, and financial performance metrics
• Managing the monthly invoicing cycle timely and accurately
• Following up on overdue invoices
• Assisting in evaluating investment opportunities, business projects, and strategic decisions
• Assisting in developing budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to guide the organization's financial performance
• Identifying cost reduction opportunities and recommending cost-saving strategies
• Debtors Management


Qualifications and Experience
Qualification
• Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting with a 2.1 class or better
• Minimum 3 years proven experience
• Experience with process improvement and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Experience with individual accounting and entrepreneurial needs.
• ACCA, CIMA or Articled Accountant or Professional qualification is an added advantage
• Tax experience a plus.
