1) an experienced and knowledgeable Production Manager ,  Experience in wood machining and joinery in furniture manufacturing
2) an experience and knowledgeable painter experience in wood finishes, sanding,  paintings .
  The ideal candidates must work to high standards, have good quality control measures .
