We are looking for a smart, well presented, hardworking and fast learning individual to join our team as a receptionist / administrative assistant.

Duties and responsibilities:

– Receive and make calls on behalf of the company.
– Receive all walk-in visitors and direct them accordingly.
– Record outgoing and incoming hand delivered mail and ensure that it has been signed for.
– Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy and has water in the dispensers for visitors
– Prepare and send quotations as requested by customers
– Process and manage customer bookings
– Receive and send emails on behalf of the company
– Data capturing and filing.
– Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and requirements

– Diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Computer literate
– Able to work under pressure with minimum / no supervision
– Be smart and of sober habits
