Program Assistant – Monitoring & Evaluation
A local organisation working on access to information, freedom of expression and media advocacy is seeking to fill this position.
Key duties and responsibilities
Develop project specific monitoring and evaluation tools; Project data tracking, collation and management; Periodic production of monitoring and evaluation reports; Mentorship and training on monitoring and evaluation for members; Conduct and participate in baseline, midterm and end line evaluations.
Qualifications & experience
Diploma or Certificate in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation; Working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or other related field; Experience in designing M&E projects in the area of media and communication will be an added advantage; Good experience in working in local communities; Class 4 driver’s license; Excellent communication and report writing skills; Good interpersonal skills.
