Pre Sales Representative

By connecting small shops to the digital economy, we fix inefficient supply chains and provide services previously unavailable to informal businesses. Greenamp aims to provide everything a retailer needs, without reliance on trips to wholesalers and suppliers. Hundreds of retailers across Harare use Greenamp ordering and delivery platform to receive the goods they need as quickly and cheaply as possible while also accessing growth financing for the first time. We are recruiting for an experienced Pre Sales Representative.

Job Summary
The role of the job holder is ensure high levels of customer engagement & satisfaction of Greenamp customers by ensuring frequent visits to vendors to generate orders and professional after sales support.

1. Customer Acquisition
Sensitize vendors who fit the description of the market segment Greenamp serves about our products and how we work.
2. Vendor Contracting
Capture accurate vendor information using the Data Management System: Vendor name, outlet type, Customer ID, Location & Route.
3. M- Commerce Adoption
Assist vendors adapt to the use of the Greenamp m-commerce platform by teaching them how to use the App or SMS Platform whilst ensuring that volume, accuracy and timeliness of orders generated by vendors on the assigned route meet the set target.
4. Customer Retention
Ensuring that through the quality of service rendered, existing customers continue to choose Greenamp as their preferred supplier of FMCGs. In addition, grow footprint by activating more vendors in the assigned route.
5. Relationship Management
Ensure that vendors receive timely and accurate information about Greenamp initiatives such as price changes, new products listings, promotions & new ways of working.
6. Resource Utilization
Efficiently use company resources to ensure optimal returns for the Company. This includes ensuring that the Tuk Tuksmotorcycle, DMS handsets and other assets as may be allocated are in proper working conditions and available for inspection should the need arise.

Job Requirements
Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 12 months
Required languages: English/Shona (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
