Human Resources Business Partner

Job purpose:
• To take charge of Human Resource Management for the whole company.
• A Human Resource practitioner with a good track record is sought.

Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Formulates, develops, recommends, reviews and implements sound Human Resources policies and procedure manuals,
• Manages and builds a culture of superior performance through implementation of an effective performance management system and ensuring all employees have signed performance contracts.
• Fosters a harmonious industrial relations climate within the organisation in order to attain organisational objectives.
• Initiates cost cutting measures on labour costs and advises on maintaining a sustainable salary bill.
• Trains and develops staff.
• Provides sound advice on all Human Resource issues.

Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications and experience:

• A good first degree in Social Science/Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
• Post graduate / professional qualification /MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years' relevant experience, 5 of which at senior management level.
• Age: 30-45
