Zimbabwe’s Leading Online Solutions Organisation is looking for a middle-level HR practitioner to join a dynamic team in a highly technical environment. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation and Management of;
1. HR Policies, procedures, and systems
2. Recruitment and Selection of staff using relevant selection tools and methodology
3. Induction and on-boarding process
4. Employment contracts and conditions of service
5. Training and Development
6. Performance Management
7. Job evaluation using the Paterson grading system
8. Employee welfare and staff relations
9. Internal communication systems
Responsible for;
Messenger/Gardener services
Reception
Caretaker/Office Attendant

Essential Qualifications and experience
• Social Science Degree
• IPMZ qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, 2 of which are in a Supervisory position
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
• Experience in an IT environment is an added advantage

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Facilitation skills
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Relationship Building (Interpersonal abilities)/teamwork
• Able to exercise the highest level of confidentiality
• Ability to work with minimum supervision (able to plan, organize and prioritise work)
• Self-motivated and pro-active (able to work on own initiative with limited direction)
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite packages, and must be able to use technology based sytems.
• Highly organized and reliable HR person, with exceptional administrative skills
• Pro-active
• Should possess middle level business acumen skills
• Understands the principles of delivering HR best practice.
