HR Assistant - Training
A position has arisen within a small but growing Company in Financial Services.
A company with not more than 30 employees with 4 branches throughout Zimbabwe.
Assistant who can conduct various training in the below listed areas (but not limited to) :-
- Coming up with a training programme that grows the employees to be future leaders.
- Specific training targeting various levels entry level , supervisors, managers and directors.
- Motivational training
- Ethics training
-Training to effectively implement Management by Objectives.
Ability to carry out Job descriptions alignment to objectives.

1. CV - which clearly shows the relevant experience you possess.
2. Proposal with
a. proposed work plan
b. areas to be covered,
c. how training will be conducted.
d. any additional areas that the HR practitioners deems is necessary.
3. Clearly indicate costs for part-time and number of days per month you will be committed to training.
