Ensures the quality of the work and the skills of his personnel.
Manages teams: defines the Missions and objectives of his workforce and carries out their performance reviews, promotes the quality of the work and motivates his personnel, develops their skills to keep abreast of new management methods and tools.
Manages weekly wages payroll function.
Ensures compliance with ISO 14001 Environment Standards.
Ensures compliance with ISO 18001 Safety Standards.
Ensures compliance with ISO 9002 Quality Standards.
Degree in business studies/management (B.Accounts or CIMA, ) with 5 years experience in general and management accounting.
Good knowledge of general accountancy rules and processes applied in the Company.
A good knowledge of financial analysis.
Basic knowledge of commercial law and good knowledge of contract management.
In-depth knowledge of computerised accounting systems.
