KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Overall Farm Operations Management, Crop Planning, Marketing Plan, and Financial Budgeting.
 Accountable for overseeing and managing all the activities of the Agricultural Farm effectively.
 Overseeing the production, processing, and sales of farm produce.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 A University Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agronomy required, but field MANAGERIAL experience more essential.
 Minimum 5 years’ practical field experience in primarily Horticulture; Greenhouse and Drip Irrigation Crop production at a MANAGERIAL level and/or SUPERVISION of Commercial Farm operations.
 Experience in contract farming and marketing of crops essential. Provable track record.
 Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Negotiating Skills.
 Self-driven person with strong Planning, Problem Solving and Relational Skills.
 Timely and Effective Execution of Tasks – able to plan and execute evolving imperatives in order to meet deadlines, achieve and exceed set/moving targets and fulfil mission objectives.
 Responsible, Action-oriented, confident manager requiring very minimal close supervision and/or monitoring.
 Multi-lingual in Shona, Ndebele and English is an added advantage.
