Applications are invited for the above position that has arisen in our Finance & Administration Department at Standards Association of Zimbabwe. The incumbent will be responsible for costing all jobs and assist in preparing budget reports and should possess excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate should also be able to create detailed reports that present cost-effective solutions for the Association.

Main Responsibilities

 Job and process costing
 Inventory valuations
 Raising quotations and invoices in departments using
 Come up with standard costs for jobs to enable
analysis of variances
 Assist departments in preparing budgets and reports
 Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost
 Assisting in preparation of financial statements
 Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions

Job Specifications
 Diploma in Accounting/equivalent
 A Degree in Accounting/equivalent will be an added
 At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.
 Computer literacy and proficient in SAP accounting
modules an added advantage.
