Companies CR14,CR6 ,CR2 & Annual returns Updating

$100

Dear All Valued Members
We wish to take this opportunity to inform you that after a company is
registered by the Registrar of Companies and company documents such as
the Certificate of Incorporation, stamped CR14, CR6, CR2 and
Memorandum and Articles of Association are out, you are required by
law to submit your first annual return after 18 months from the date
of your company's registration. Thereafter, an annual return should be
submitted to the Chief Registrar of Companies every twelve months. I
am sure that some of your companies have not submitted a single annual
return to the Registrar of Companies since date of their
incorporation.
We would like to inform you that by not submitting annual returns to
the Registrar of Companies, you run the risk of having your company
being struck off from the Register by the Registrar of Companies which
effectively means that your company can be de-registered and it ceases
to become a registered company. It's like as far as the Registrar of
Companies is concerned, your company will no longer exist. Please note
that this is a statutory requirement at law and has always been there
but is now being enforced. However, as your association, we are there
to inform you of what is taking place in the market that which can
hinder the smooth operations of your companies. We encourage you to
take this issue seriously. Each return attract a fee of US$50.00 per
annum and we are also able to assist you in lodging your returns on
your behalf.
The Companies Act is being changed, therefore companies that do not
submit annual returns face de-registration. After a
company is de-registered you will be faced with a situation whereby
you will have to start registration formalities for your company
afresh.
I hope this information is of some assistance to you.
Kind regards
