Minimum Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent in Business Management/Office Management or Administration
• A sound background in law
• Certificate or equivalent in Business English
• 2 years experience in a related field
• Clean class 4 driver’s license
• At least 3 traceable references

The Role:
• Draft official internal company documents and correspondence
• Compliance to/of lease agreements
• Maintain insurance of company assets and public liability cover
• Identify and coordinate submission of tender documents
• Prepare scheduled company reports
• Manage company contracts with customers
• Maintain customer files
• Maintain up-to-date customer database and contact list
• Audit prospective company suppliers
• Manage and procure office supplies and equipment
• Oversee office cleaner, housekeeper & landscaper
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
• Manage service provision and relationships with office service providers
