Job Purpose : To provide efficient and professional reception, administrative and accounting support
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Will have a wide range of duties including (but not exclusively).
• Being the first point of contact for the organisation.
• Providing Secretarial support
• Providing Accounting Services –maintaining Trust and Company accounts
• Organizing Statutory returns
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
