Duties And Responsibilities
Champion the effective administration of pre and post account-opening processes/procedures.
Action allocated daily activity reports.
Prepare management reports within prescribed periods.
Manage the ordering, collection, destruction of uncollected ATM cards and the general administration of ATM cards.
Carry out system administration of the Bank’s various digital platforms.
Handle and process POS applications received and provide support services to clients.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Facilitate FCB and world check reports.
Market and cross sell all bank products.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
A degree in Banking and Finance, Business studies or any other relevant business qualifications from a recognized institution.
Possess at least 3 years banking experience preferably in branch banking operations.
Have strong client focused communication and interpersonal skills.
Have solid computer literacy skills and strong understanding of Flexcube/Web branch operations.
Should be flexible, agile and willing to multi-task.
