CBZ Bank Limited is looking for Customers Consultants to join its Retail Banking Division. If you are eager and motivated to join a large and diversified corporate, this is an opportunity for you.

Duties And Responsibilities
 Champion the effective administration of pre and post account-opening processes/procedures.
 Action allocated daily activity reports.
 Prepare management reports within prescribed periods.
 Manage the ordering, collection, destruction of uncollected ATM cards and the general administration of ATM cards.
 Carry out system administration of the Bank’s various digital platforms.
 Handle and process POS applications received and provide support services to clients.
 Contribute to service improvement initiatives.
 Facilitate FCB and world check reports.
 Market and cross sell all bank products.

Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
 A degree in Banking and Finance, Business studies or any other relevant business qualifications from a recognized institution.
 Possess at least 3 years banking experience preferably in branch banking operations.
 Have strong client focused communication and interpersonal skills.
 Have solid computer literacy skills and strong understanding of Flexcube/Web branch operations.
 Should be flexible, agile and willing to multi-task.
