a) Bath tub replacement or re-enameling - Our advice generally is that if you have an old cast iron bath tub in good condition keep it but if your bath tub is fibre and you are redoing the tiling in the bathroom remove bath tub.
b) Plan sequence of work - Start with ceilings first then walls second and lastly the floors and bathroom. fixtures. This way you avoid a lot cleanup and redoing areas completed already.
c) Measurements - Before buying anything know the size of your bathroom please do rough drawing there is nothing more expensive than being stuck with things you cannot return.
d)Budget - Before renovations are under taken do complete budget for bathroom renovations.
e) Design and functionality - Something can be very beautiful in the store but it does not do its intended purpose.
