Description

For a leading telecommunications Company.
The position exists to ensure that the business has the strategic information to monitor the business as well as facilitate quality decision-making. This process involves the initiation, development, approval, procurement, installation and supporting of the hardware, software, firmware and communication solutions for the business.

The ideal candidate should have substantial practical experience in managing the billing and applications. The candidate will therefore have experience in the telecommunications industry, and in particular, experience with the billing systems of a Mobile operator, including postpaid, prepaid, and interconnection.

Person Specification
� A degree in Computer Science
� At least 10 years experience in business.
� Good technical skills
� VAS experience
